Conference Format
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We would like to inform submitters that PASC25 will be held as an in-person event at the FHNW University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, in Brugg-Windisch (approx. 30 min. train ride from Zurich), Switzerland.
Conference contributors whose submissions are accepted for presentation at the conference, should thus plan to travel to Brugg and present their work on-site.

If the situation should suddenly not allow for any in-person participation, the event will be held in a digital format.[/vc_toggle][vc_separator color=”custom” accent_color=”#00928c”][vc_toggle title=”If the organizing committee is forced to move the conference to a fully virtual channel at the last minute due to the emerging of a situation that threatens the safety of the in-person participants, will my travel costs and hotel be refunded by PASC24?” style=”square_outline” color=”turquoise”]Unfortunately, the conference cannot support participants with travel or hotel refunds. The organizing committee recommends making refundable hotel arrangements and purchasing flexible airplane tickets or purchasing tickets close to the event dates.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][/vc_row]
